RED

For the concept of the set for John Logan's play RED, I wanted to go for a black and white cell shade look that in the beginning of the play is black and white. In a way representing Mark Rothko and Ken's views seeing everything in black and white.

As the story goes further as we go through the progress of Mark and Ken's work on the Red Numeral paintings we see the paint splatters and staining adding more color to the set. BUT there comes one issue having paint we can clean off of the set after each show.

With that issue aside, still a pretty interesting concept I am still keeping to the side for that "One Day" I can dust off this idea for a possible future production.

Hello everyone, welcome to my website.  I am a graduate from Morehead State University and been exploring all sides of the stage world we call theatre for over the past decade.  I been recently involved focusing on a different side of the stage in props and scenic design.
I continue being involved in acting on and off the stage. Recently taken to performing on camera as you will see in the short films that are currently available for your viewing on my website along with recent design work.
Make yourself at home and take a look around, I promise you you're not gonna see the same site twice as this site changes with my progress constantly. How I see it, if your not progressing, you're not evolving. The evolution of an artist, never ceases, so embrace it.

Success! Message received.
